Products we took from the first sketch through to running them day to day. Here is what each one set out to solve, and how it turned out.

Rakuteam: a platform for running a sports club

Member lists, monthly fees and attendance, brought into one place so that the people running a sports club can spend their time coaching instead.
arukutomaru: a cross-border shop whose main market is now Korea

A small shop selling around 30 products worldwide. After we rebuilt it in five languages so that people could find it from search, it went from 80% Japanese buyers to Korea leading on both visits and revenue.
